To ensure our beneficiaries get quality care, earlier today, we held the second batch of a series of retraining of two Nursing Officers for each ASHIA accredited healthcare provider. This is aimed at changing attitude of providers towards service orientation and more compassion. The session was engaging and full of promise of better service delivery to our enrollees.
